We founded The Impact College (TIC) because we believed this needed to change. We saw potential in many young people who just lacked the right information, support, and network to thrive in this industry.
Our goal is to help our students Craft Their Impact in the financial services sector. The financial services industry goes beyond numbers and transactions. It’s a field where decisions influence livelihoods, drive economies, and shape entire communities. That’s why we’re committed to raising a generation of ethical leaders who not only excel in finance but also drive positive, lasting change.
At TIC, students receive tailored education and mentorship to equip them with the skills, insights, and confidence they need to succeed. Each student is paired with a mentor who brings experience from leading global organizations like Bank of America, McKinsey, BCG, ARM Holdings, Rand Merchant Bank, the World Bank, the IMF, and Bloomberg. Through this guidance, our students see what’s possible and are supported in their journey to achieve it.
